OVERVIEW

Experience the ultimate Alaskan adventure with our 1-Hour Alaskan Sled Dog Experience. Mushing is Alaska’s state sport, and Borealis Basecamp guests can enjoy the thrill of dogsledding. During the 30-minute ride, guests travel along the Trans-Alaskan Pipeline and through an active trapline. Learn about life on the trail from musher Dave Turner, winner of the 2019 Tustamena 200, and meet his beloved team of dogs.

  • ARRIVALTours depart from Borealis Basecamp. Contact our reservations team for shuttle bookings or plan to arrive from Fairbanks at least one hour before your tour.

  • DRESS WARMWe provide a snow suit, but ensure you have appropriate layers for comfort.
